    not a ****ing chance!!
when at any point in my post did I say I could put on 18lbs in 4 1/2 months? I'm tired of dip****s like you who put words in peoples mouths, cause they cannot read a post correctly.

I'll say it again, read carefully. My body is capable of gaining 1lb per week, obviously your not a rocket scientist or an educated personal on nutrition or the human body, but.. your body has limitations, the duration of 1lb per week for almost 5 months is not realistic, unless your taking steroids, then it is very possible.. In my personal experience I can gain 7-8 pounds in a 60 day period, which calculates to .87 to 1lb per week, after that 60-90 day period, gains can to slow down a significant amount, if you dont change your routine or diet

i used to bodybuild, you can put on a ****LOAD more than 10pounds in 4 1/2 months. trouble is youll be lucky putting 10pounds because (no offence) but you probably dont know nearly enough about growing muscles. i spent 2 years reading bodybuilding magazines, www.bodybuilding.com, mens fitness, muscel forums, talking to big people ect. ect. ect. and theres still a HUGE amount i dont know. there are so many little tricks that you pick up over time that will speed you up that little bit more.

      some examples:
eat a huge breakfast- this will make your metabolism speed up and allow you to eat more throughout the day.

      drink lots of water-same

drink a shot (give or take) of pure olive oil each day - contains lots of calories and good fats, but also raises your testoserone so you workout harder and muscle grows more

eat chocolate or honey or sugar ONLY AFTER A WORKOUT- after an intense workout your body can go from an anabolic state to a catabolic state (building to destroying) easily absorbed carbs swimg your body back to anabolic. eating sugar chocolate ect. any other time can prevent muscle synthesis

eat an apple after workout- apples have natural anti-oxidants that help carry free radicals away from your bloodstream

set your alarm for 12pm and have a protein shake then go back to sleep- your body usually starves early morning

when you train you can use: dropsets, aided sets, circuits, ballistic, work to failure (which you should always do)

these are all just afew things off the top of my head that are little tricks that you can do to make muscle grow more, my point being that there is a ****ing WORLD of science that is always being updated and that even a shallow grasp of will be the only way you achieve the gains your looking for.

jeffe how can it be impossible to gain more than 10 pounds in that time when i did? riddle me that

Does drinking olive oil really boost your testosterone? I want to get muscular, I'll do whatever it takes (except roids or anything illegal). I've been going to bodybuilding.com hoping to find some great workouts. My dad had massive legs (20 inch calves) I naturally have 16 inch calves, his arms and chest were big too and when I used to workout my biceps and chest were pretty huge.

It mainly depends on genetics.I have a friend that is skinny as ****,yet he works out 5 days a week at Golds Gym.Yet I dont go to a weightlifting gym and Im way bigger then him in muscle mass.

Yeah I have pretty good genetics especially in my lower body and my chest not so much in my biceps or forearms
