My body is capable of gaining 1lb per week, obviously your not a rocket scientist or an educated personal on nutrition or the human body, but.. your body has limitations, the duration of 1lb per week for almost 5 months is not realistic, unless your taking steroids, then it is very possible.. In my personal experience I can gain 7-8 pounds in a 60 day period, which calculates to .87 to 1lb per week, after that 60-90 day period, gains can to slow down a significant amount, if you dont change your routine or diet
