15-20lbs off total weight aint so unuseall whan you gain 10 lbs off muscle, remeber you probabaly eat and drink more than before adds weight, your fat percentage probaly encrease on a bulk, you have more glykogen in your body etc
Mate I have a six pack a ripped chest and youd have hard time pinching any fat on my body.

I am talking about lean muscle.

I dont know why you are so damn fixated on your 1lb. It just aint true mate.

When you put in hour to hour 1/2 of work 5 days a week on your body, Im talking, skipping, all forms of pushups, situps, crunches, maybe some lifting once a week you put on a lot of muscle if you eat right.

WITHOUT steroids. By consuming mass qty of Protiene, 1g per every lb of body weight per day included with a diet that will support the work you will have to do.
Isolating muscle groups, Pyramid to close your max. Training to failure then using back off sets. Using various exersizes to max the range of motion for the muscle being worked. Tactics like this are not benificial to a boxer in fact may hurt your efforts as a fighter, but will put on muscle and fast.
What are back off sets? Do you mean reverse reps?

weird reactions, that estimate is from some off my countries top bodybuilders.

think the main problem is how people define lean mass.

oh by the way chum your a ******

i was actually reading an article and i've seen several times before that you can put on .5 pounds of muscle a week, lean mass. i think it is well known that when you go on a bulk, you also put on fat, so no one is confusing lean muscle with fat. they are just stating that 10 pounds a year is actually not so good. 3-4 pounds in 4 months? maybe for a hard gainer.
