He has faced more World Champions that Manny has.
Are people forgetting that Morales was totally done???
This trilogy was decided in round 10 of the 2nd fight. Actually it was decided in rounds 5-10 of the 2nd fight when Pac was beating on Morales at will. This win is being blown way out of proportion

Pac is up there on the P4P list, but he hasn't topped Mayweather, Winky, or even Calzaghe or Taylor, until they lose. I'd put him at #5 ahead of Hatton since Pac has beaten better opposition. But cmon, this doesnt make Pacquiao instant hall of famer, he beat a washed up Morales who honestly never had a chance.

There is a huge difference in power from 108 to 130, HUGE. I'm pretty big guy and think I can handle a punch from a good puncher at 108(They still pack a wallop compared to your average joe at any weight) I have gotten hit by a fly weight before and was surprised at how hard they punch relative to their weight. Move up weight class and a guy like Arce or Darchinyan would definitely be ALOT more to handle. Those guys would definitely hurt me. Step up a little higher to a guy like Rafael Marquez, That guy could easily tear me up and knock me out. Step up higher and those guys would kill me. I am not your average Joe too. I just know how powerful these guys really are. It is not really the power though, it is how well you can take a punch at a higher weight. I believe Pac has the more than enough power to KO at 135-140, no doubt, but can he take a punch at that weight? That is the question.

It depends who they fight at that weight class. Pound for pound Morales, Barrera, JMM are definitely harder opponents than Baldomir, shambra mitchell or even Zab Judah for matter. I'm not saying Floyd aint the most skilled fighter in the world. I'm just saying he hasn't fought anybody worth mentioning of late except for maybe Zab who is far from Mayweather's caliber. If by harder you mean Physically, all you have to do is look at the damage done to fighters at both weight classes. Were all made of skin and bones and a 130 pounder is just as suceptible to the same exact punishment as a 147 pounder. Noses break at 130 or below, cuts happen at 130 or below, Unconciousness happens at 130 or below, hands break at 130 or below, permanent damage happens at 130 or below, deaths happen at 130 or below. If you mean skill wise I think the talent pool is deeper at 130 than 147. At 140 the talent pool is pretty deep. If Floyd beats DLH, I will not question that he is the true #1. I don't think he can do it though.

The thing is too, Floyd is a slick fighter with alot of boxing skill. He is hard to hit so it is easy for him to move up to higher wieghts without having to endure that much punishment to his naturally smaller frame. Pacquiao is a more of a brawler and gets hit alot. Unless Pac gets better at avoiding punces, which he has a bit, and putting his guard up, he will get hit by naturally bigger guys.

his point is... oh yeah, he doesn't have one. pac man may be number 1 but if he fought floyd at 130 pounds he'd lose to him. people seem to forget how tough floyd really is. the man has taken punishment in his fights but still for some strange reason, wins them by a landslide anyway. my poiunt is pac put on a great performance but he's not #1 p4p. that spot is still floyd mayweather. we can agree to disagree all we want but put floyd against pac and watch floyd demolish him then a lot of others will see what i mean.
