Got to say I'm with Super Lightweight on this.
Floyd's recent resume is OK, not great. His only demolision is of Gatti, a mediocre boxer with HUGE heart.
Pac has BLASTED far better opposition.
        Pac P4P no. 1.
Floyd's great but he's not shown us the extent of his greatness. It needs to be shown against top opposition. The DLH fight might be the one to do so but an immediate retirement after will hurt his legacy badly in my opinion.

Pac came up from 108. If that aint stepping up to more weight classes, I don't know what is. He'll probably end up at 135, don't know how well he'll do but judging from last night he should be competition.

I don't understand how he can fight much better opposition. He won EVERY ROUND vs. the undisputed WW champ. EVERY ROUND. He completely dominated the guy who was the WW champ and also beat the guy who was previously the WW champ (Judah) quite easily. Gatti was the 2nd best champion at 140, but the only one who would fight Floyd. I understand that it would have been nice to see Floyd Vs. Hatton at 140, but if Hatton doesn't want the fight what do you do? Floyd has been DOMINATING good opponents. Notice that I didn't take anything away from Pacman. He is a great fighter too. Who would you have rather seen Floyd fight.

the power could be sorta the same from 108 to 135. now going from 130 to 154? thats a huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge step in power and how ppl fight.most ppl in lower weight class throw **** loads of punches without much power behind them.now going in the weight classes floyd is in,once u jump to 135 ppl start fighting different, theres less punch's and more meaningful and powerful 1s

He has faced more World Champions that Manny has.
Are people forgetting that Morales was totally done???
