People gave Mayweather **** for not beating a true welterweight until Baldomir. Let's see Pac beat a true jr. lightweight...

If Pacman beats Guzman, then you'll have to say that there'd have been a chance Pac could've beaten Floyd if they were the same size, since Guzman's style is modeled so much after Floyd's.

Pac being p4p number 1 right now is a legit argument due to the strength of his resume. Clearly, his is better than Floyd's of recent. Also, Pac has been racking up stoppages unlike Floyd. These stoppages have come against high-cailber fighters.

Floyd and Pac are one and two, without doubt. Who is really number one? That's all opinion. But I think Floyd should get some credit for facing bigger men.

I know you're mad at Floyd haters (and some of them deserve it) but your argument here is weak. You do realize Pac started out at 106, right?

Think about that for a minute or two.

I think this is a little early to give Pacqiuao #1 status.....

Pac has beaten or nearly decapitated all of the top fighters around his weight class, including two bona-fide legends. It's certainly not too early.

I dont think beating Morales, who lost 4 of his last 5 fights, gives him the number one spot, e****ially when Floyd beat the undisputed welterweight champion.

Skill-wise Winky is very good but there are things that he can't do. He has mastered his style and is truly one of the greatest boxers in the world, but he is not the most skilled. Floyd can do everything and do it well. I don't see any point to try to tear one fighter down to say another is better. Floyd is great. Winky is great. Both are very good fighters and on the top of the P4P list, along with Pacman. No matter what order you put them in, they are no doubt the top 3. By the way, to me being the P4P best means having the skills to win fights. These 3 obviously have those skills.

Morales lost '4 of his last 5 fights' vs top flight comp, and 2 of those losses wer vs Pacquiao. No one thinks Baldomir was better than Morales p4p, regardless of his championsip status. Pac stoped Erik in 3, which few people thought would happen.
