Pacman deserves the crown of P4P champ. He seemed unstoppable last night and I would favor him over anyone up to 135.

I remember reading that back in the old days P4P wasn't taken as literally today as "if all boxers were the same weight..." but was a kudos given to technical skill.

On that basis Pac couldn't be that far up as there's still so many technical deficiencies in his make-up. He does seem to get better and better with every fight, but it's the punching power that takes up the slack.

Floyd Mayweather is fighting at 147, and will soon at 154, I dont see Pacman being one unless both of these things happen:

      Manny Beats Barrera
      Floyd loses to Oscar.

Sorry Pacquiao is not up to Floyd's accomplishments and is not as skilled as Mayweather.

It really depends on how you define a P4P champ...

Skillwise: Pac shouldn't even be in the top 10 and Floyd is #1

Excitement: Pac takes the top spot no doubt

If they fought at the same weight class: Mayweather

I find this very interesting contrast between Mayweather and Pacquiao:

Mayweather self-proclaimed he is not just P4P#1 but also the greatest fighter that ever lived. On the other hand, when Pacquiao was asked in the post-fight press conference(last night) if he thinks he is the best fighter P4P, Pacquiao replied: "The people should decide, not the fighter." You just can't help not to like this guy.

pacquiao and morales only look good vs each other and barrera..lets be realistic here..pacquiao morales barrera cant beat raheem freitas guzman casamayor or diaz..they just look good fighting each other..mayweather is undefeated pacquaio has been KO'D twice in his career..he's not even TOP 5 pound for pound

mayweather hatton taylor calzaghe are at the top until they lose

                  i disagree with you

P4p does no mean unbeatable but means good skills and performance.

yeah some people lose and win evenly but on recent event pac is top 3 and Hatton is not even in top 10 because his last perfomanc was not that good

It not the fall that counts but the stand up and continue fighting

I think he holds that #2 spot, with Mayweather at #1.
