Calzaghe is a talented fighter. Whether he has fought the toughest comeptition in the past is not the question, the question is who will he fight in the future.
I still say that Calzaghe is a gifted boxer, however, he will need to stop slapping or cuffing his opponents when they get inside for me to fully appreciate him. Its like a defensive mechanism that goes off in his head when fighters get inside on him. If he flurries quickly, which is when he is slapping, then the other fighter is forced to take a defensive posture rather than an offensive one. While it is affective for him, slapping/cuffing is still a foul...........Rockin'Comment

if you don't respect calzaghe's resume then blame jones and hopkins for ducking him
and rockin a calzaghe slap as you call it would knock you into a coma
you failed at your chosen career now go awayComment

Nice job Rocco.
Calzaghe had a great win agaisnt Lacy, but it was one of his first Marquee accomplishments.
He now has the opportunity to capture all FOUR titles in his weight class in one of the most important fights at 168 in a decade, and is showing ZERO interest.
Calzage shouldn't be fighting anyone but Kessler. It's a unification fight screaming to be made, and there's no reason why it can't happnen.
A Taylor fight, or any other fight would be that much bigger if Joe was the unified Suppermiddleweight Champion of the world.Comment

If you dont like my opinions thats all cool. But there are many who walked away without winning a title. I stepped up and threw with some tough MOFOs, what have you done to make you so mighty to judge me?
Ive exchanged blows with world champions.
Notice that I said blows and not slaps............Rockin'Comment
