How did you score the Hopkins/Taylor fights and what was your score after 11 rounds when Tszyu quit???
I just don't get you at all, you seem to want to pick a fight with me all the time when I don't even know you and haven't even - to my knowledge - done anything to you. I just want a peaceful life.

As for the Hopkins-Taylor fights, I had the first 115-113 to Hopkins (though he asked for it, his workrate had been dropping for several years) and the second 115-113 to Taylor, though I felt Hopkins more gave it to him rather than him winning it.

For some reason I don't recall scoring the Hatton-Zoo fight, maybe I hadn't started doing it at that stage, or maybe I didn't care enough to bother.

Where did I attack you in this thread??? I also don't know you or anyone else on this forum, so I don't know where you going with knowing someone on a boxing forum.

Hey govner, don't be too sensitive. But you have to admit British fans can be very biased, I've seen many of the British boxing boards and they are 100 times more biased then American boxing fans.

By "know", I mean virtually. You know, I've hardly said two words to you but you're looking for a row all the time (usually).

And yeah, I'd agree with you, there are some Brit fans out there that think Hatton's ginger **** is a totem pole to be worshipped, and obviously JuyJuy talks ****e on the daily.

As for whether it's worse than on US sites, it's hard for me to say. I've seen outrageous bias on both, and in fact I'd say a huge majority of posters on boxing sites have a tendency to talk unobjective crap. But to tar everyone with the same brush as Diego has done, or to try and say my opinion isn't objective and informed because of the behaviour of others is insulting.

The reason you don't know me virtually is because 99% of my post comes from non stop boxing boards.

British boxing fans are opposite to biased, it's the British mentality to under-rate ourselves and think we're ****.

American boxing fans bitterly detest British fighters.

I reckon Pacman will be FOTY if he overturns Morales tonight. He'll always get the public vote because he's popular and loveable (in a totally straight way you understand). Mayweather should get it, simply because he's dominated two true champions in his last two scraps, and you'd expect him to dominate ten more over the next ten days should he be allowed to.

As for the Hatton/Joe C debate, well, it's funny. Being British I should be pulling for both of these guys, but neither have fought anyone credible at the right stage in their opponent's career. Look at the stats -

                    Hatton
Collazo - Who the hell has he fought? And Hatton lost on my cards.
Maussa - A nobody who Miguel Cotto hammered in 8. Hatton only just beat him.
Tszyu - Great boxer, old man when Ricky had his number
Best of the rest: 30-odd bums, an old Ben Tackie, and old Vince Phillips, and Eamonn Magee, who everyone over here seems to rate. I'm not one of them.

                    Calzaghe
Sakio Bika - Who? I had Bika ahead on my cards.
Jeff Lacy - You have to give Joe his props for this one, but Lacy is hardly a Mayweather-for-the-super-middleweight-division, is he now...and prior to Joe he'd only fought Robin Reid and Scott Pemberton (who was 38 at the time) with any credibility.
Best of the rest - well, Chris Eubank, but Chris was well past his best when Joe scrapped him, and Chris would have torn him apart in his prime.

There's the skinny on Joe and Ricky. Both have dodged everyone in their respective weight divisions and got cred the wrong way (by beating over-the-hill boxers or just above average fighters). No real claim for either being FOTY.

So, there's my two cents. It's only my opinion, which should be respected. Don't mention the names Blair or Bush in any reply to this. This is a boxing forum, people, let's keep it that way.

Get ready for fireworks with Morales Pacman!!!!

                    Peace.

I post in NSB all the time if a subject interests me... having personal attacks on me doesn't.
