Thank You!I guess so is Tommy Hearns, who wasn't a KO artist in the pros. Maybe when you have 8 ounce gloves and no head gear the punches hurt more, I dunno maybe it's just me.
Dog, if you think wrapping your hands with anything that is legal helps, you're crazy. The motions and mechanics of Tito and his speed and combination punching make him a great puncher.Comment

Hopkins didnt stand in front of Tito he went side to side.its called cinderblock handwrapping and yea its a cheat and yea trinidad do it..you wrap your hands regularly dip it in ice water put more rolls and guaze on it dip it some more put more rolls and guaze in it..it makes your punches harder..if you notice in the hopkins fight where trinidad was exposed for the illegal hand wrappings..he hit hopkins flush serveral times and it didnt phase hopkins..on the other hand he knocked william joppy all over the ring with the cinderblock handwrap method..and william joppy has a awesome chin
He rarely exchanged with him. Hopkins just fought smartly while Tito was trying to KO him and ended up himself KOed.
Tito power comes from some factors:
1. He is a lefty with great left hook power.
2. He was a bit big for his some of his class
3. They way he excute his punchs is appear to as if he is spriting ( it a disadvantge because it shows that he is ready to punch his fav. punch the left hook.)Comment

I never believed any of this garbage because 1) it just seems totally ridiculous that the way you wrap your hands could give you a significant power advantage, 2) Bernard Hopkins brought this to the forefront when he asked the ref to check Trinidad's gloves before the fight, and after admitted that he did it just to mess with his head.Comment

Lol.. This kind of thread again? I've seen like 7 of these.
Tito is just a hard hitter. Fight him with bare knuckles.I bet he will win by KO in 1 mili second.Comment
