Yeah.
When he was an amateur, he had zero punch.
All his KOs when he became a pro were a result of a handwrap method his old man used to wrap his hands.
His whole career is a big scam, imo.

3 round amateurs fights for a slow starting fighter like Tito is not going to get a lot of KO's.
