Again- Ignore the first hypothetical question but answer the 2nd part... HAS A REF EVER OVERRULED A DOCTORS DECISION TO STOP A FIGHT????
I'm sorry, are you saying Germans are racist by default or something? Sounds like racism ....

No, I've never seen a ref continue a fight despite the doctor saying a fighter should not continue. That's obviously the wrong thing to do. But, I haven't seen every fight in the history of the sport, so I don't know that it's never happened before.

Not all Germans are racist. But in Wetzlar Germany I would say there are a shocking number who are. Don't believe me? Go spend a week there with a black man and see how you are treated...

Miranda IS the enemy, and him being black and spanish doesn't make him any more friends. And I haven't seen every fight either, and I would tend to say that NOBODY has seen every fight in the history of boxing, but this IS a boxing forum. And I would tend to say that this would be the forums to ask such a question.

You gave me your answer. I am pretty sure I won't get an example of a ref putting a fighter's life at risk against a doctor's recomendation by anyone.

I think it's obviously a very bad decision to let a fighter continue despite protests from a doctor. But is it a corrupt decision or is it a ****** decision. Personally, I think it was just a ****** decision. The ref asked him if he would continue and he said, "yes."

It's obvious we aren't going to change eachother's minds. Agree to disagree, I suppose. I just prefer to give people the benefit of the doubt unless I have some really hard proof to the contrary. In that fight, I just don't see anything that makes me thing there was some behind the scenes corruption. I believe his corner argued to let him continue, and he agreed to continue despite the doctor's protest. It shouldn't have been allowed to happen, but it did. I'm not going to insult a professional referee by saying he's crooked, unless someone can give me some real proof. You can say it's racism because there are a lot of racist people there, but even if 99.9% of the population was against black people, he could still be part of that 0.1% that is not. I don't personally like to be judged by the people around me, so I'm not going to do it to someone else.

It's one fight and Miranda will have a chance to win the next one. I'm sure he'll come into the fight with a better gameplan. Anyone that thinks it will be easy for either fighter is dreaming. It will be neck and neck, even if it's an early knockout.

Here's a question, would the ref allow Miranda to continue if he had been in the same condition, or would he quickly halt the fight and give Abraham the win? Think about that one.

thats a silly question!....even sauerland would say of course!!..

but nobody wants to answer my questions:

              1. when has anyone seen a doctor cheering for a fighter???

              2. when is a fighter allowed to have a break for a foul, and have treatment on an injury sustained during the fight (legitimate injury)?

Yes... I have always heard the rumors, but damn I never dreamed it would to be this level. And this was just the fight, how about all the other stories that happened up to the fight? The scale at the weigh in was tampered with before Miranda could weight in, etc...

Now we also all know why Sauerland refused to let the American public watch this fight. The more Americans that see it, the more it will be made public how corrupt they are and NOBODY will go there to fight again.

I bet if they offered Miranda $2,000,000 to come back for a rematch he would say '**** you'! I know I would if I were him!

Here are a few more then

                    a. Would Miranda want to continue
                    b. Would his fans claim fix if the fight was stopped, or he was DQed?

Of course. That is why i am confused about them not giving AA his respect. He did what Miranda would have done were he in the same situation.

Miranda's trainer would have never let him continue in that situation. For God's sake I didn't think any human would put someone's life at risk against Doctor's orders with that severe of an injury.

Abraham says he is happy now, but let's see what happens if he never fights again. This very well could be a career ending injury. If it had ended in the 5th, he would have most likely rebounded quickly and had a successful future.
