Bro Cotto is naturally larger than Floyd. Cotto kills himself to make 140 pounds and looks like a skeleton at weigh ins. No way you can be at your best when you are weight drained. So the fact that Coto is naturally bigger means hes the the bigger guy without weight draining himself. Its not like Floyd is a big welterweight.

I just think that assuming Cotto will drasticlly improve while going up in weight isnt a smart assumption.
