Calzaghe's competition looks like **** compared to Roy's
I can name 5 or 6 Roy opponents more impressive than beating a shot Eubank or Jeff ****ing LacyComment

Beating LAcy is more then Roy beating Woods, Virgill Hill, Reggie Johnson, Griffin, Ruiz and Gonzales. **** outta here

He hasn't fought the competition close to somebody like the guys Ray Leonard fought, or Muhammad Ali, but he's ducked nobody, never took the easy way out to my knowledge, I can say much less for your boy Roy.
The only downfall I see in Calzaghe's career is that he's prone to injury.Comment

You can't blame Calzaghe for living in a weak super middleweight division, but you can blame Roy for never fighting the man in any division at all.Comment

Roy did not have to fight the man in the division because he was the man.Now tell me from middleweight to light heavyweight on Roy Jones prime, who was greater then him.

Roys accomplishments surpass Calzaghes, whether he fought the man or not, he was still champ at multiple weight divisions, but not to the point where he deserves to be in the HOF and Calzaghe doesn't.
Calzaghe has been the 'man to beat' at SMW for a long time.
It takes this back to the whole unified and defending champion vs multiple division champion.
And that's why I like fighters who fight in multiple weight classes, anybody who has some skill can dominate a weak division. I dont think Joe is HOF material, he has a lot to prove in short time and Bika aint a good start.Comment

I can't tell you who was greater than him, because there's alot of controversy in his career, but I can tell you the fighters that he missed out on fighting.
Collins became the man of the SMW division after disposing of Eubank and Benn.
Fabrice Tiozzo (After not fighting Collins, he moves up right before Fabrice does the same thing)
Dariusz Michalczewski was LHW champion from 1994 to 2003, Jones was champ from 1996 to 2004, how can Roy Jones be the man at LHW when he fought for a VACANT LHW title, then winning belts from guys who did the exact same thing.Comment
