We all should know by now that everybody ages different, especially in boxing.

Tyson was no where near his prime, while Marciano was.

Lewis was closer to his prime than any of the "Great" fighters that Marciano faced...not to mention that Lewis was bigger, stronger/powerful, and was "fresher" due to having less grueling fights under his belt.

For the record I do think Tyson would be the favorite against Marciano, though I wouldn't bet on him with Marciano's punch and heart and Tyson's lack of confidence in himself when things got ugly.

Still, if you put a gun to my head I would admit that statistically Tyson has quite a few advantages over the Rock.
