Sugar made that list before Hopkins beat Tarver. When Sugar make a list again, I am quite sure he should be higher.

You're giving Hopkins way too much credit.

Do you know who Mario "Azabache" Martinez is? Of course you don't. Now go and do some research.

I think that what black jesus is writing is not blaspheme towards jc. I am not reading anywhere stuff like "jc does not belong to the list" and stuff like that.

You on the other hand are writing stuff like "pea had to cheat" or disregarding hopkins performance against tito, which was a dismantling like we have seldom seen, put up by the underdog I would add. (and hop did stand there for tito after getting a feeling of what tito got)

Just take it easy, dont get nervous and write that stuff: you'll have to tolerate many ppl underrating jc skills because they are not obvious to see as whitaker making you miss every punch or mayweather rolling and countering a barrage of punches. I think it takes a better understanding of boxing to grasp what chavez is doing on the inside. eg: when he switches continuosly (and fluidly). In my experience I never knew what artist chavez was until I sparred.
        I hear what you're saying.

When i used to box, i tryed to imitate him on the inside, and it is tough as hell to do it with the style he did it with. I could never really get how he used his left hand so fluidly, that **** is art work, top to bottom, bottom to top. Then Chavez when he wanted to he can make you mist punchs. He had a great chin that most of the time he didnt' mind takeing a punch to deliver his cause he cause always take his opponets punchs. He also used a laser, fast lead right hand, awsome. Do you fight amature or just work out?

That distinction belongs to Eder Jofre.

Jofre is the greatest bantamweight ever over Olivares and Zarate. Guys like Panama Al Brown, Jimmy Barry are often times overlook but deserve consideration.

Like i told the other poster you have your opinion.

Ruben Oliveras was a huge puncher at bantamweight, very feared puncher. I've read many boxing journalist consider Oliveras the best batamweight of all-time.

Isn't Jofre the fighter who only fougth in Venezula or somthing?
