I hope Peter has a plan B in this fight.Something he didn't have in the Klitschko fight.Toney is way harder to connect on than Wlad is.
Here's the thing: Toney is shorter than Peters and if I recall, he has a shorter reach as well.
Wlad fights tall and has a long reach and also was quite mobile when he fought Peters. IMO, it's hard to compare Wlad's physical attributes and style to Toney.

True but Toney and Klitschko are two different fighters. Klitschko kept Peter at a distance where he couldn't land by sticking the jab and moving. Toney sits there and slips and rolls everything. For some reason this strikes me as a bad way to fight Peter. If you remember the Toney-Holyfield fight(when James wasn't officially a bowling ball yet), Evander caught James with some good clean shots early in the fight that hurt him. Toney was able to absorb most of it but still sat there and only moved his head. Against Peter the shots will be twice as hard and twice as wild. Don't be surprised if Toney gets clocked and KOed in the first 4 rounds.

You definetly have a point there. But when it comes down to it,we have one of the wildest punchers in boxing today, against an all time defensive great.Toney knows things that Manny couldn't teach Wlad in a million years.

You also have some good points!I don't see Peter knocking out Toney. But I wouldn't be all that surprised if he did.Peters the most dangerous heavyweight Toney's faced so far IMO.

I like this debate, and that's why this will be a good fight. I think it basically comes down to one thing. Can Toney take Sam's best shot? I believe the answere is no. Peter showed against Wlad that he can fight in spurts and be dangerous so that's why I believe he will win. The openings that Toney leaves will make Peter go into wild mode and some of those punches will land, trust me. The problem for Toney in this fight is I don't see him being able to hurt Sam. Wlad hit Peter with just about everything he could and got one "wobble" out of him. Sam won't be afraid to come in there and throw and throw and keep throwing until he hits Toney until it's "Lights Out".
No, because boxing is one sport where you really can never be sure.
But you are. You haven't predicted a fight, you're stating what will happen with a 100% guarantee -- that's arrogant, and annoying. If you're man to state it's going to happen, be man enough to admit you know nothing about the sport of boxing once you're proven wrong.
If I'm wrong on September 2nd it will be just one more fight that I guessed wrong on.
It looks like that happens alot. Here's a little tip: When predicting a fight, don't put your entire reputation on the line by stating it as an absolute, it makes you look real ****** in the end.
If he wins, I'll give Toney the credit he deserves as one of the best heavyweights on the planet.
You'll have no choice because you'll lose all credibility and be more of a laughing stock than you already are. I'll see you Sunday, punk.
