I thought Freddie Roach summed it up best:

Toney will make Peter miss early and work the body in the early rounds. Those two elements will add to Peter's already poor conditioning and he'll tire around the mid way point.

James will pick up the pace in the mid to late rounds and will cruise to a comfortable points win.

If Peter's gassed enough Toney could score a late stoppage due to volume with Peter on his feet, although I think a decision win is most likely.

....You may be right but I sure hope not. I still see Peter catching Toney early with something big or catching up to him by the 7th or 8th and ending it. If Toney makes him miss early and often then it could be a long night for Sam.

Toney by comfortable UD 8-4 9-3. If Peter still has heart in the second half of the fight he could get KO'd, but he'll probably go into a shell and be gassed.

The first half of this fight will be Xplosive though...I truly believe Peter when he says he's going to try and run Toney over...which is more than I can say for that ***** Hasim Rahman who fought scared for 12 rounds.
