Whem Margarito wins, i don't want to hear this green bs stuff about him.
    No.
    Williams IS green.
He still has never had a big fight.
    He is talented, but unpolished.

Honestly im comfused as hell, about the word green, thanks to the many POSTERS here that misuse that word....

I disaggree. I'd call that unexperianced.

Are you still green cause you haven't been knocked down or ko'd or tko'd, or been tired?

If Williams is green what the hell is he doing wanting a Margarito fight? Margarito hasn't had a big fight, would you call him green?

Willaims will get better no doubt -if he stays away from Margarito or if after his KO lose to Margarito he can bounce back like Cintron did- but imo, he's too experianced and too knowledgeable to be green. He already has that calmness about him that a green fighter don'e have when put in the lime light as he was on hbo twice. He'll get better as he gets more experiance but i wouldn't call him green. You want to see green get a copy of the show "the next great Champion" i recall a lot of fighters their being green.

      Would you call Taylor green?

Williams is still a bit green, but the fact is, he's calling for the fight.

You can be green, get a fight by chance and use that as an excuse.

But you can't say you're ready for a fight, take it and lose and then say you were green.

Not that Williams would use it as an excuse or even lose,

I'm just saying, the guy deserves a crack at the WBO title with his ranking, and says he's ready.

It's an interesting fight that should be made.

I want the fight to be made, I know what both fighters can do. Every fourm im at people want to see this fight. Won't gain Margarito any fans but will gain him more haters. But by taking this fight he alreay eliminates his mandatory defense so im all for Margarito taking this fight in December.

            I think you mean inexperienced.
Williams is young, hasnt faced good competition, and is highly unpolished.
No, I wouldt call Taylor green, but hes still not in his prime, he has a lot to learn.

What you mean is he isn't that good.

The kids had many fights to improve, how many fights he have now?

He either faces Williams now or after Clottey. Why fight Clottey when you can get your mandatory out of the way and clear a path to fight whomever you want and make more money, like Cotto, Hatton, PBF, Zab, Mosley, or any other big-name fighter.

Not fighting Williams now is a mistake and a message saying he's hiding behind his mandatory.

That's just it. If anything it's to Tony's advantage to captalize on the hype Williams has gotten off his last two fights.

                    This only reinforces my point.

Everyone is acting like Margarito is going to walk through Clottey. That's not going to be the case.

Both Clottey and Williams are tough fights, but with Williams Tony's fighting a guy with more hype around him at the moment and talking care of his mandatory.

Williams is the better fight than Clottey in almost every respect.
