You must be Puerto Rican. Now i know who this is, this is IWATCHBOXING. So you give Chavez credit for his win over Camacho but not over Laporte or other fighters, ok.

Tell me, what other World Champion -besides Chavez- takes a tune-up fight at a higher weight class and is against a number 9 IBF contender, what other Champion has done this?

You mad about the Taylor fight or the Whitiker fight?

Chavez tried to make both fights, i got that **** documented. Im not sure what happened with the Taylor fight, but Whitiker said he'd only fight Chavez again if Chavez first admited he lost Whitiker didn't want another fight with Chavez and thats the truth and seeing how Taylor and Whitiker had the same managers, neither did Taylor want the rematch right away.

He once said that Duran was nothing special at lightweight. And wasn't in his prime untill he hit welterweight.

He talks **** but doesn't do his homework.

I can't believe what I'm reading here. Using his fights with KT,DLH and Whitiker as reasons he isn't great? That is absolutely crazy. Chavez was in higher weight classes than his prime or old and grey. When he fought KT and DLH, he wasn't half the fighter he once was. Losing a decision to Whitiker at any stage of a career is nothing to be ashamed of. You guys need to pull out the old tapes of his domination at his natural weight classes. (130-135)His body attack was devestating. His chin was granite. Did he fight bums? Of course he did, but if you call JCC anything but great, you are misinformed or haven't watched anything but the above mentioned bouts.

The fighter that was Duran at lightweight was every bit as good as welterweight. But Duran had more power at lightweight. Probably fought better too since he was lighter but i haven't seen many of his fights at lightweight which ended quickly most of the time.

Are you saying Durans only fight at lightweight was his fight with Ken Buchanan?
