I didnt leave out the KO. He shouldve Knocked Reid out fool, thats my point but he shouldve did it way earlier. You think Paul Williams wouldnt have destroyed Reid?

Estrada is nothing special and the Cintron fight was again close until the KO. Mosley ****** when he fought Estrada. He had just lost twice to Forrest, really lost to Oscar, lost twice to Winky, & looked like **** when he moved back down to 147. He looked nothing like the guy who just beat Vargas

I do not understand how you can bash Judah for losing to Kostya or Spinks. Both are very good, very respected fighters. Judah has beat a lot of guys in very convincing fashion. I agree that he is inconsistent, but he is a damn good boxer. His loses have come to 3 world class opponents and Baldomir. Which tends to make me think that Baldy is that good, not that Kostya, Spinks and PBF were not as great as we thought. Give Baldy credit, don't take it away from proven great fighters.

Declaring yourself an all-time great doesn't make it so. Look at the way Ali, Tyson, and DLH captured the casual fan. People loved them and people hated them. Regardless of their affinity to these boxers, people had strong opinions about them. Nobody outside of boxing fans know PBF. This is not an attack on his abilities as a fighter, but on his ability to transcend the sport. If PBF dropped out of boxing tomorrow the general public will not care, like they did when Tyson was done; or when DLH leaves for good; or when Ali hung 'em up. PBF is still fairly young, so he still has a chance to become that type of fighter; however, he needs to up the risk level on his fights. If he is not concerned with that, then he is doing good. He will capture his various belts and retire a rich man.
This is a different boxing era. The fights now are on cable & PPV. Back then fights were on CBS. Thats why fighters arent big today. You say Floyd isnt like Tyson or Oscar but who is? Its them 2 and everyone else. Gatti doesnt have a big name. Gatti just got lucky and lived in Atlantic City. If he wouldve lived anywhere else then he wouldnt pack the house. Thats why he sells fights. Like Floyd said, let him have all his fights in Grand Rapids and watch him pack the house. Gatti can do it because AC is a big boxing and ******** place.

Floyd's name is now bigger then most in the sport after his Gatti win, Zab win when he packed the house, and he's been on TV alot. The Baldy fight will really tell how big his name is right now. If he gets that fight with Oscar then his name will be Super

i give Baldi alot of credit , dont get me wrong. but Zab was the undisputed welter and claimed he lost to 16 to 1 underdog because he didnt train. ..very professional. Has a lost to Cory Spinks..and was KO'd in round 2 against Kosta Zu. Judah is a front runner JUST like Floyd said...he said he KNEW Zab would tire out because of that after the fight BUT before the fight he claimed Judah had a off night against Baldi and was still the best welter...doesnt make sense.

DLH had his fight with a legend to help propel him into stardome. PBF Vs. DLH would do the same for Floyd. Also, Floyd started in a low weight class which usually don't get as much attention as higher weight classes especially Heavyweight. I don't think you can compare Heavyweights with any other weight in terms of popularity. Heavys have always been the most recognized.

Ok, so Baldy beat the best WW, right? So that would make Baldy the best WW with his victory. So now you should be happy that Floyd is fighting the best WW. He fought the guy who WAS the #1 Welter and is now fighting the guy who IS the #1 Welter. I shouldn't see any complaining about Floyd's competition then.
