I understand your opinion about the fight, and i respect it, but you cant use logic like that. Winky thought he beat Jermaine, but didint jump at a remtach, now look at how people view him in some respects, you understand what im saying here?
with winky he was heated at the time, now hes ready to do it again, and taylor said wait...and im not sayin every fighter that makes a rematch happen thinks he lost the first fight and wants to prove himself, i just think thats why floyd did it, cause he doesnt come off as the type of fighter that would fight somebody again just for the **** of it, or just because people are talking and sayin **** about him, and definately not because people are claimin he's duckin, i mean look at Margarito a lot of people are saying hes duckin antonio but floyd doesnt give a ****, if he fought for the fans and gave the fans what they wanted he would have fought margarito already, so i dont think he took the castillo fight to shut people up, if so then why not shut the margarito stuff up? because margarito hasnt beaten anybody? but who did Henry Bruseles beat to get a fight wit floyd? thats hypocritical in my view...

He took the fight because some guys like you thought Castillo won and instead of you giving him credit for a rematch, you diss him. Meanwhile a guy like Hatton has a similar fight in Callazo and is scared ****less to have a rematch. I guess that means Hatton really thinks he won?

If a fight was close and some people question a win then a true champ gives a immediate rematch. They dont hide & say they easily won, or that they rather have a bigger fight and then end up fighting Urkal or Urango?
my whole point is floyd doesnt fight for no one except himself and supposedly money, he dont do it for the fans or for the critics he could give a **** less, if he did it for the fans and critics wed see him fightin margarito on nov 4th or he would have already fought margarito, so theres no way he fights for the fans or to shut the critics up, he fights for himself and money...

Because he isn't a knockout artist like Tyson or Foreman, and he doesn't have the instant name and face recognition of SRL and DLH, it is going to take a great fight for him to win the public's adoration. He may be the most talented fighter of the current generation; however, the general public is not enamored with boxing talent. They don't want to see twelve round shutouts of overclassed fighters. The people who don't haunt forums like this, the fans that keep boxing mainstream, want to see closely contested fights. It could be that PBF is that good; so good that he can't be tested. More than likely he isn't fighting those opponents that can test him. I am not advocating any fighter in particular, just one that will test the limits of PBF's talent. I understand his desire to make money. That is his right;however, fighting Carlos Baldomir, although a legitimate fight due to the belt, is not going to propel him into the public eye any further than he is now. Until he takes the fights that test him, he will be relegated to the status of a wealthy fighter who is the most talented fighter of his current generation, future HOFer, but not legitimately named with fighters like Ali and Leonard.

Yes...the the game wont be onesided...Pretty Boy will never be beaten and if Bald can pull out a victory then it would open the doors for everyone.....half of the punks out there know they cant beat Pretty Boy but feel they would murder Bald...
