Plus Bruno rocked him on a few occasions in 89, so he definitely wasn't invincible. He was just intimidating. I look at Vitali Klitschko and think, "this guy is intimidating", but at the same time, i don't think he's anywhere near invincible. I don't get the same vibe for any other fighter as I get for Floyd Mayweather. He is the best fighter I've ever seen fight live, and he will finish among the top 3-5 greatest ever.

besides, i personally can't stand him as a representitive for the sport of boxing.

obviously you are entitled to your opinion, but what country a fighter comes from should not really matter. taking that view is quite narrow minded as i see it. me, i just want to see good fighters making good fights/match-ups. i also find that many(not all, of corse) american fighters have a pompous, *******-like attitude. i would rather root for a nice, respectful foreign fighter than a brutishly arrogant american fighter. i simply want to see a fighter fight. if i wanted to hear a couple of people verbally tearing down each other, i'll pop in some old battle rap.

i agree, i like seein respectful fighters...who respect the sport of boxing...and on top of that mite i add floyd should be walkin around wit a 1 on his loss column, cause castillo beat him in the first fight regardless of what his fans think, and even most of his fans think castillo beat him, so i dont see floyd as an undefeated fighter like some of u mite...hes been beaten before...

I feel floyd won many of the early rounds and just a couple of the later rounds, which was enough to have him win the fight. Castillo came on very very strong later in the fight, but in all honesty, i think the key was the 11th round, when floyd stood right in front of him and decided he was going to take the fight to him. Regardless what HBO and other detractors think, i feel floyd did enough to win. The 2nd fight shut down all doubts as he obviously had castillo figured out.

And to add...personally...if Castillo landed as many punches especially power punches as the stats say, Floyd wouldnt have even been standing, alot of those punches simply did not land.

I think the second fight and the fact that floyd took it showed me that he even thought castillo beat him the first one and wanted to prove it was just a fluke so he came out and made adjustments and beat him in the second one, but that should have been a trilogy well never be able to see cause the wrong man got the first fight, and everytime i watch the first castillo-mayweather fight i dont see anything different, just floyd gettin beat, and i like floyd, just lately his choice of opponets has been botherin me, but it doesnt change the fact that he may be the most talented fighter in the game...

compubox has nothin to do wit me thinkin castillo won, i never pay attention to compubox cause there always off whether it be a little of a lot, for example taylor didnt hit wright as many times as they said, and vargas didnt hit quartey as many times as they said, they tend to count a punch even when a fighter blocks it wit his glove...so compubox isnt what made me score the fight for castillo, watchin every round and pickin who won it is what i did...

Of course, but if they do set up their megafight, it will be like a passing of the torch type of thing.
Floyd wins and becomes the new face of boxing, and joins GBP.
                  It will happen.

That logic is flawed, if he didint take the fight people would say hes scared, so he takes the fight, and you still think that somehow FLOYD thought he won? He took it to shut people up who think that he made up excuses or that Castillo won it. I dont doubt one second that Floyd thought he himself won the fight.

I understand your opinion about the fight, and i respect it, but you cant use logic like that. Winky thought he beat Jermaine, but didint jump at a remtach, now look at how people view him in some respects, you understand what im saying here?

How the hell does that show that Floyd thought Castillo won? That is so backwards. He took the fight because some guys like you thought Castillo won and instead of you giving him credit for a rematch, you diss him. Meanwhile a guy like Hatton has a similar fight in Callazo and is scared ****less to have a rematch. I guess that means Hatton really thinks he won?

If a fight was close and some people question a win then a true champ gives a immediate rematch. They dont hide & say they easily won, or that they rather have a bigger fight and then end up fighting Urkal or Urango?
