Goes with his usual mo... b class or lower trinket holders, faded former champs and bums. He re-signed with Top Rank and ESPN exclusivity to duck the top guys in their prime. He thinks Pacquiao is faded enough to fight and knows if he isn't that the $ is worth the ass whooping. I wouldn't be surprised if Pacquiao stops him. He has a weak chin and I think that's why him and his team cherry pick so much. He's just lucky the Top Rank protection program with ESPN exclusivity helps hide his cherry picking and ducking ways.

Manny obviously needs to retire, but if he's going to fight again, he's weighing the money against the possibility of serious injury. Winning is probably a secondary consideration - he's Manny, so he's still very marketable if he loses and still wants another fight.

So if you're picking out of the top 147 guys, who represents the biggest payday with the least chance of brain damage? Probably Crawford.

And if you're Crawford, then you know that Spence could be a 50/50 fight for you. Why not take the Pac money before your risk that?

Sure and for very good reason; Pac is a legend and is the much bigger draw. He will make a shit pot more full of money if he chooses to fight Pacquiao rather than Porter.

If you think they want pac for an easier fight youre an idiot. They know pac won't be a walk in the park. They want pac for money and exposure

My guess is that won’t happen until ‘22 at the earliest because that requires ESPN and FOX getting together for joint promotion PPV and that’s not going to happen unless there is a return.
Staying with Arum may be good for crawford’s billfold, but in the long run it’s going to prove to hurt his career because he has flown under the radar of the average sports fan. He wasn’t successful at PPV, he doesn’t really have any killers on his resume that capture the imagination, I’m not sure a fight with Spence even produces more than Spence’s last two opponents. We as boxing fans know Crawford but how many paying casuals do? He has to be the worst promoter big talent in recent memory
            Agree with this.

Big money fights can’t happen during lockdown or with stadiums that enforce social distancing and max 1/3 capacity.

Also, the economy is tanked, deep recession! Need to wait until people are able to pay $$$$ for tickets and PPVs.

I predict the big fights will happen late 2022 or 2023.

You're desperately hoping that he gets a signature fight so it can shut people like me up.

Look guy, I hope it happens too.

BUT...unlike you, I know how to recognize smoke and mirrors.

Which is what BoMac, Crawford and Arum specialize in.

They've fooled you. No problem; they've fooled a lot of people.

Like Manny who got excuses after getting faceplanted by Marquez, Crawford will be persistently defended by people like you Even when he lies to you.

It's cool, bro. You keep on supporting Arum losing money.
Looks like ur the only one fooled bc while you take away everything from pac , the rest of the boxing world gives pac credit. Would you say pac is an atg? If no, you dksab. If yes then all your discrediting is just hate...anyone decent at WW pac fights in a weight class he's not even supposed to be in is impressive, yet he's fought legends and quality opponents and outclasses them...pick apart all of his wins all u want but unfortunately ur little opinion doesn't matter bc he gets full credit from the boxing world and as much as that makes u cry like a little b!$@& , there's nothing u can do about it lmao I won't see ur reply , just wanted to school ya real quick ✌️peace muh ninja homie

That’s not the point here. Manny fought bums instead of fighting elite WW. Also, Manny was supposedly ripping through anyone once he got to 147 so why not fight the top guys at 147??
Why drop down to 140 to fight Bud??

PAC instead fought Broner, Mathysse, Vargas, Horn etc.
broner is a world champion.. he's not a bum he just not let his hands go coz he tasted the speed and power of pac.

Too bad you can't read, because nothing in the post you quoted was negative on Manny.

Pac persevered over Thurman, who has not been anywhere near the fighter he used to be ... but Pac shouldn't be fighting these young champions anymore. I'm not saying he can't, nor that he can't win ... he might. He is definitely a freak and a legend. But sooner or later it's gonna go very bad.

It has to be hard to retire when you can still sign for millions. But taking chances with your future health once you're staring the 40's in the face is a bad idea. The law of averages is against you and life can hold so much more for you with a healthy (non-concussed) mind. Concussions at 40 years of age are very different beasts than they are at 20 and 30. Never good, but light years worse at advanced ages ...

At least you agree all the others are BUMS.
When was the last time Broner was a world champion??? He wasn’t when he fought PAC. He was coming off two losses and a draw.

Lastly, that’s your excuse that “he didn’t let his hands go”? Really?
So if he “let his hands go” he would have beaten all the guys he lost to? So any boxer who “lets his hands go” will win?
I know guys on crack that make more sense!!!
