Ok man.
Arbitration ruling may force Tyson Fury to fight Deontay Wilder in 2021, Frank Warren says
https://www.espn.com/boxing/story/_/...nk-warren-says
The reality is mediation is a voluntary action .
The case is a delay claim and is usually not a legal matter.
These kinds of claims are characterized as "Requests for Equitable Adjustment" and the actual disagreement is usually over what is equitable (not what is legally correct) for a given situation.
If it was a case for the courts they would have just skip mediation. The efforts to stop any undisputed fight is just in your heads because a court case like this would drag on and they won’t stop a fighter trying to earn a living under a case of equitable adjustment.Comment

All you did was copy and paste an old link from last year .

Either fight him or pay him.Comment

It still doesn’t change the situation .
Arbitration won’t go in favor of Wilder ,you might think it’s 2020 but we are nearly in 3 months into the new year , no arbitrary case is going to look at Wilders letting a contract expire then the next day complaining, that’s just laughable .
You don’t even pay when you lose bets on here why are you concerned with another mans bank account ,grown man I assume as well ? HaComment

Actually it’s not an equitable s adjustments which is a separate contract by government.

- Wilder has no legal recourse
- Rematch expired
- Fury is free to fight anybody without paying Wilder
Just let me know when the fight is announced, EsquireComment

I don't think it's "whether" or not, but "how much and when?" Arum seems to be counting his coins nowadays, but he better get his paper right ASAP! He's got Teofimo's fight going to purse bid, he has Crawford sitting on the shelf, so he MUST get Fury vs. Joshua done! Wilder will have no chance at the rematch until 2022. He's going to get millions for that!
AJ will have either Joyce or Usyk in 2022 and at least one more mandatory that year .
Wilder would be looking at 2023 and odds on he takes an L if he fights legit guys are more then good from now until then .
Worrying about landing a big fight with either champion is the least of his problems it ,should actually be improving how to box better .Comment

Can someone explain Usyk vs Joe Joyce being mandated if Fury is truly stuck in a contract dispute.Comment
-
It won't affect the fight though because all governing bodies want it to happen more than anyone.Comment
