easily pac vs barrera. not even close

    facts:

    1. barrera ranked much higher ATG than corrales
    2. barrera #3 p4p at the time, lineal/ring champ. also held the wbc but vacated
    3. barrera had a much much better resume at the time
    4. pac wasn't even top ten p4p
    5. pac was moving up to barrera's weight class for the first time while floyd and corrales were both in the same weight class
    6. pac a huge underdog

pac KO'ing barrera >>>>>>>>>>> floyd ko'ing corrales who was also weight drained

I remember both fights, i was more impressed by Floyd's domination and skill so it could be more "impressive" but Pacquiao just came in the boxing scene n swept all my great meskins super impressed at the time i was just a kid

So Floyd should get no credit for beating pac.
Barrera was in a 8 streak win beating very good fighters. So naseem hamed was rubbish was he?

Corralles belonged at 135, he was drained at 130. He was also on the tail end of bronchitis. Not at his best, but even at his best the style match up was wrong for him. Pacs win over MAB was far more impressive.

Floyd was older and shot too, so of course he gets credit. Why wouldn't he? It's not like Floyd was 28 years old, he was 38 and retired a fight or two later. Fcuk is wrong with you guy lol? Pretty Boy Floyd would have starched a prime Manny, facts. Floyd had brittle hands by the time he fought Manny, hello??!!

Regarding Barrera, did you not see the two wars with Morales prior to that?

2000 and 2002 he fought Morales and neither fighter was the same after those two fights. I followed those guys closely and started watching Barrera in 95'.

He fought Manny the first time in 2003 after the second Morales fight which was a total war. Nobody takes that kind of punishment and comes out the same, if you don't know that by now ydksab and you never will. Historically, fighters are almost always never the same after trilogies, just the facts based on historical evidence.

After he fought Manny the first time he fought Morales again and left the absolutley last of his best in there. The Barrera that fought Marquez and lost was a pale shadow of the best Barrera. I'll give you one guess who fought him in the next fight? Yup, Manny.

Guy, Trampler is a master matchmaker and he knows when to position a fighter. Manny is a great achievement for him on a proven method he started with Oscar.

Hamed was hype man, he never belonged at 125 and avoided fighters like Morales like the plague. Morales would have starched him. I loved the theatrics of Hamed, he was like a mini Jones Jr., but who did he really beat? Pocket Rocket and an older Kevin Kelley?

How come he never fought guys like McKinney and Junior Jones? Those guys would have wrecked Hamed! Instead he fought stains like Ingle and Audie, come on guy!

Hmmm a near-prime Barrera or a severely weight-drained, dehydrated skeleton? This really is a tough one.
