Katie Taylor fights at 135 and Shields is talking about how she won't fight even if she is allowed to rehydrate up to 150lbs. So, yes presumably she would destroy her if they fought at a weight limit that is acceptable to Shields. That is because weight limits are hugely important in boxing and in such a fight Taylor would be at a huge weight disadvantage.

I don't know why Shields is talking about Taylor when they are several divisions apart and a fight between them is a nonsense proposition.
