Inactivity had little to do with it. Fact is, Connor is a little overrated, marketed himself well and made a career of beating mostly smaller guys. Once he went up to 155 and 170 he had average success. He is 2-2 in his last 4 amd could easily be 1-3 if he didn’t get the close decision over Diaz.

Conor is definitely not the fighter he was 5 years ago while Dustin has improved significantly. I dont think that should really be used as an excuse for Conor though. Peoples abilities improve/degrade over time and based on their training etc. Conor turned diva and let his skills decline while Dustin stayed hungry and got better.

McGregor has gotta go back to juicing again then maybe he can get back on a winning track in the UFC...but once its gone its gone...nothing you can do about it.

The outcome is SET IN STONE if it does happen though....AJ by devastating destructive KO.....but don't hold your breath....Tyson is a fraud and a certified grade A hype job and this is what hype jobs do......THEY DUCK FIGHTS! Lol

Inactivity kills a fighter's sharpness. That is a fact.

How amazing that people STILL have the cheek to accuse TF of being a coward. Hes fought DW undefeated biggest ko artist in years longest reigning current hw champ at the time x2 in america and also fought the lineal undefeated champ wlad in Germany, feats that no other heavyweight atm comes close to in terms if balls. Joshua went to the US and bottled it against a small fat average joe. These things are undebateable, fury has silenced the doubters except for the nut jobs like yourself. Fury is now scared to take the biggest money fight for him how do you come to that conclusion? Nonsense. AJ doesnt have the balls to beat TF

Connor already defeated him and very easy ,Connor almost had him out in round one so there’s nothing to suggest he is overated . Fighters take more Losses in MMA there’s no way around that in a sport where means of winning by multiple ways will give different outcomes . If boxing allowed kicking ,it would be kick boxing and you wouldn’t see some of the better boxers win some times . It would be an entire different set up .

Fury knows he’s going into a fight if he doesn’t take a warm up fight the chances for himself winning shrink ,and I bet anything he re quotes himself here and brings it up about ring rust in a loss .
