This was a condition - stoppage, Stiverne was tired.

I think this was a good fight, Stiverne landed the bigger punches, but Bryan was more effective with his jabs and he could manage that KO-win too.

    But..

Bryan wouldn't have any chance against that Stiverne between 2010-2015, or that Arreola.
He is just 31 years old, but slow, Stiverne could hit him more times easily.

I liked Stiverne. He was a great talent, gifted an extrem handspeed, but too short for the tall guys (Klicsko, Wilder, Fury).
A Povetkin vs Stiverne would be very great fight around 2014-2015.

God bless, Bermane, i hope, you stay healthy

Not for any legitimate slot in the rankings or what have you but Stiverne was in good shape and while he ate a lot of jabs, he used decent head movement and landed some hard rights.

Trevor Bryan now has some version of the WBA belt, but anyone in the top 15-20 would crush him.
I read your post and found it hard to believe. So I watched the fight and you were not wrong. Stiverne came prepared and gave it a good effort in a surprisingly good fight.

Not what I expected to see at all.

So when is Stiverne's next title shot? late 2021 or early 2022?

Martin being champ was the sweetest karma I loved every second of it.

Hmmmm so it appears a new champion has arrived into the division along with the other two current title holders in the division....

Just happy to have boxing to watch on a Friday night. While not meaningful, it was entertaining. The production value left something to be desired though!

I can't see this title worth much as it's a secondary one from a very low profile "champion".

For all we know Bryan could lose this title in the courts to Charr as Charr was effectively blocked from entering the United States because all of the red tape with acquiring a Visa and the new Covid regulations.
