We know Gypsy-Chicken, Anthony Joshua had to fight Wladimir Klitschko because you could not honor the sport of boxing by meeting your obligations as champion.

Maybe you should just retire from boxing Gypsy-Clown, some of these contenders will be more than happy to win a title and make at least one title defense.

The COVID situation could maybe have been something used but team Wilder remained silent for months with no evidence of showing talks of any ongoing negotiations. The contract was well expired already and extended to October .

Fury fans dont want the fight there making every excuse in the book why fury shouldnt honor the contract they hate wilder so much they dont even want to admit that this looks bad coming from fury

notice no one is saying fury is pulling the race card

This explains why they’re bothering to sit through a mediation process in the first place which was never going to resolve anything.

I still don’t think Wilder has a case, mind you. I’m sure the rematch clause would have included an express time limit which has expired and even if not there is the “reasonable time” argument referred to by REDEEMER, above.
How long do fight fans have to wait for the dam mediation? We want an undisputed in 2021 and that dam chicken leg is holding up the division, Fury needs a fight before he starts going down south unleashing his hidden demons.

We all know Fury cheated.. Which is why we all wanted to see the Trilogy.. Thank you for cheating Fury.. This pain has made Wilder evolve into a complete Monster! The greatest heavyweight fighter of all time! I feel sorry for all who face Wilder! They shall all pay!! The best fight of 2021 will be (wbc) Wilder vs (wbo) Joyce! I got my money on Wilder!!!
Wilder accused Fury of cheating several times in several different ways.
If you do something straight down the line and somebody calls you a cheat, it is infuriating. When that is broadcast around the world and with multiple ridiculous examples of paranoia included, you can't blame Fury for not fighting him.

Wilder refused to respond to Fury for months, then said he hasn't trained since the fight and had some surgery.
Fury said he was going to move on with the AJ fight and suddenly Wilder pipes up "I've been training all this time, I haven't stopped training at all".

So Wilder wants Fury to hang around for a year or two whilst Wilder decides whether or not he wants to fight.
In the meantime, Wilder is being completely slanderous and ridiculous making himself look (even more of) an idiot.

If Wilder wanted the fight he would have answered his phone to Fury's team, not avoided talking until the contract ran out.

This way Wilder gets to skip the fight whilst looking like he wants it.

It wasn't a close fight, Fury has beaten him twice now already.

Wilder refused to speak to Fury's team until after the clause expired. I'm not sure he actually wants the fight, I think he wants to try to cash in with compensation through mediation and save face.

fury should think of it this way, wilder is doing a great job of selling the next fight, no one believes all wilders statements, some believe some of it but thats just how it goes

he signed a contract to fight wilder no3 but i think if they can make the joshua fight first that is the better fight, the pandemic & wilders injury and mediation are complicating matters, all these fights need a crowd imo

The ideal route to undisputed is literally the easiest one to follow, and both champions are insisting on complicating matters. Sometimes I just don’t understand the business of this sport.
Wilder has no intention of unifying the belts. He has only fought 11 top 100 fighters in his entire career.

He could have fought for belts but never did. In fact he only ever fought 4 top 20 fighters in all his 45 odd fights.
I think Wilder is out of the picture to be honest, I can't see him coming back.

Mediation isn’t something you agree on beforehand ,anyone can file for mediation over a contract dispute if it comes to that ,parties don’t agree to mediation beforehand which is a legal case separate from the contract .

I don’t know why you continue this , it doesn’t get any clearer that Fury isn’t fighting Wilder you guys need to wake up .
Before entering into a contract people can agree to settle any disputes that may arise through mediation, instead of going to court.

I thought you were in the legal field? How do you not know that?
