I’ll never forget how Oscar took the dive against Bhop then a few days later an announcement that Bhop was a part of Golden Boy promotions.
Maybe Bhop should have offers to fight Canelo and do the job WWE style to help keep him.

stop, it’s not catastrophic. They already made money off canelo at the peak of his popularity and Ppv success. He’s not going to surpass his previous numbers based on the current opposition available. His numbers at Dazn ****** in comparison to what he was getting paid.

You're right. It wasn't catastrophic. I'll bring it down a level and say it was devastating. Doesn't matter how much money they already made. It's how much money they STILL could have made if they didn't try to jam him up. Nobody on GBP roster will bring in anything close to the kind of money Canelo brought in anytime soon. Oscar gonna hafta really put all their stock in bringing up Garcia and Ortiz much quicker if he wants to keep GBP at the top of the promotional chain. Once Canelo rode out, all the sharks(Top Rank, Matchroom, etc.) are seeing their chance to come around and try to knock GBP down a peg or two more. Should be fun to see now that Canelo runs his own show.

Hopkins words to Canelo trump Canelo’s 1,000 haters. When you have HOF’ers and legends saying great things about you, you probably won’t care too much about what critics are saying.

With the kind of money Canelo is making, I don't think he worries about what people think. Mayweather had a lot of critics too but I don't think he was too worried. They buy tickets hoping to see him lose.
