I like Haney but NO! Sulaiman completely screwed everything up with this Franchise Garbage but Teifimo "Beat The Man To Become The Man" at 135...Period! F^ck Personal Feelings and who some fans like more or who they believe would win between them. Teofimo stepped up and fought Loma when most of us was saying he wasn't ready and he got it done

Haney need to throw that Belt away and instead go for Mandatory and Force that fight instead of running around with a Belt that was literally GIVEN to him he did not win it. WBC declared Loma as Franchise and just gave Haney a Belt

The problem with boxing is fans acting like casuals and not understanding the business. “Business” reflects simply on money and earnings. That’s not synonymous to politics. What is meant as Lopez states, or any experienced and way more accomplished boxer, meritocracy is what many of these fighters play by. And even cash cows have the bigger say in general A side vs B side. Cash cows are on a different bracket than A side.

This is why many fans don’t understand the nature of purse bids. You simply can’t just apply purse bid rules to cash cows. Haymon is a good example of exercising these circumstances or Hearn doing it to Top Rank with Haney to Loma.

Take a look at Haymon’s Yildirim vs Canelo. Lol. Haymonites, LDBC kids whom worship Haymon, have no idea that Al is pushing for the Yildirim fight with Canelo and the WBC is in a great position to play along. The wBc wants the fee and Canelo branding it. Haymon simply wants Canelo defeated.

You can’t enforce purse bids on Canelo Alvarez. From his point of view, for the amount of money he makes, why would he feel threatened about splits or a mandate? Think of 160. Canelo beat GGG and fought him twice. LDBC kids like the Big Dunn like to believe that Canelo “ducked” Charlo when such a mandate was never even disclosed. From Reynoso’s point of view, why give rock sellers 30% off a Canelo event when they hadn’t beaten anybody?

This is all relates to Lomachenko. What would be the split for Loma vs Haney? How many seats had Haney packed? The assumption would be a purse bid. Does Haney deserve 30% from a Loma fight? Might as well give the premium to Lopez with belts and they did.

When did Hearn publicly offer Loma a fight for Haney before the Lopez fight? Hearn even said he wanted Loma to fight on DAZN. Lol. That’s ridiculous. Where was the offer to even cross over?

Once you understand all these funny games promoters try to do like purse bids against cash cows they then make ridiculous franchise belts to Middle men while exploiting their branding business over the promoters and fighters, hence the WBC. You guys think it’s the fighters “requesting” these things but you’re so blind to see the hundreds of articles that the belt organizations do.. lol

winning the wbc belt used to be the pinnacle of the sport & the holder could proudly declare in a loud and clear voice, I am the WBC champ. Now Haney turns to his people and says hesitantly and carefully, I am the wbc champ & then with a slightly quizzled look, ain't I?

I'm not going to waste time reading all of that and from what I did read it has nothing to do with the topic. Lomachenko ducked the mandatory and the belt was given to Haney. That's on Lomachenko not Haney. Case closed.

He already was the mandatory and Lomachenko refused to fight him. Haney has no control over that and he can't force anything.
