Look, I don't root for promotions or networks, I care for the fighters, but if AJ-Ruiz and Fury-Wilder (twice) can be made so can Crawford-Spence. Crawford already called out Spence via Arum after the Brook fight, he even showed up at Spence-Garcia fight. What more can he do? Top Rank already said they are ready to make the fight, the ball's in Haymon/PBC's court now to respond.

I dont have a problem with any of the top 3 guys being crowned as p4p (Canelo, TC, Inoue) because that title really means nothing lol..

I will say some people dont rank him as number 1 I think because he was never clearly the best fighter in any weight class. He shouldve cleared out 160 like he said he was. He arguably has two losses against GGG (I'm fine with him getting the nod in the 2nd fight, but there's no way that first fight was a draw)

He fought the weakest champions in both 168 and 175. He'll give people no choice when/if he goes out and beats any of the other top guys in the division. There's also the PED thing

P4P's lists are very subjective and usually tend to lit fire between fanbases, I'm not gonna lie, I got Alvarez at #1 on my list because he's beat champion after champion. I'm more of a guy who tends ti pick his P4P's based on who have they beaten, because I think that anyone can pass the eye test fighting low level opposition so eye test alone doesn't make it for me.

I've made a table just to show numbers to backup my line of thinking.

Crawford beats an over-the-hill Brook and gets to keep the top spot? Nope, that’s just personal bias, plain and simple.
Exactly that is my point, All Time Greats had their close fights because they fought beasts, Leonard, Hearns, Duran and Hagler all had their tought close fights when they fought eachother.

It's all about the level of opposition, you can't rate a fighter skill when he's beat guys he is supposed to wash out.

              Crawford’s resume is crap.

Ah, so many 'eye test' responses from NSB. As usual.

                NOTHING he said was wrong.

“Saul has been fighting better fighters than Terence Crawford, and that’s what really counts,” said Reynoso. “Crawford has not yet accomplished what Canelo has.”

This is absolutely the correct answer for anyone honest with themselves.

Or are we really suggesting that the ghost of Kell Brook would have beaten Callum Smith, all weights equal?

                Come on people.

                    Facts !!!

ANYONE still claiming Crawford as #1 P4P is a clown, plain and simple. You cannot come up with a legitimate argument for him. There are those talking about skill difference, that ranking is for what have you done LATELY. People are still trying to use his 140lb fights to rank him, he's done absolutely nothing at 147...PERIOD🤫

                      P4p

I used to have Canelo near the top p4p. But his resume last few years has been weak, on top the fact he's on PED's.
