If they force a fighter to come down yes. If two stars make a concession then no. Like I said before, I rather they had fought at 154 to avoid all this back and forth.

Geez I can't believe theres still ppl deluded enough to think Floyd didn't say that,it was on all access for the fight .

I guess Floyd had it deleted from YouTube because its no longer there like it used to be,if anyone has the all access recorded that'd clear this up.

This is referencing over a yr before the fight when Chepo told Boxingscene hed move down to get the Floyd fight

I will say 1 thing Canelo was 1 dumb mofcka for accepting the cw,this wasn't Floyds fault for capitalising (it just means it takes some luster off the win & means he doesn't have full bragging rights about"schooling Canelo")he had no business being so overconfident in thinking hed still bully Floyd,he learned everything in that fight though & has since become a much better fighter & gotten a much better resume because of it.

Floyd made Canelo a much better fighter altogether by schooling him in the ring.

Most importantly he learned to never go down in weight after that & since then hes learned that hes better at higher weights than when he used to drain to jmw(He also hedged his bets when testing the waters at higher weights vs much bigger fighters like Jr whom he should've fought at 168 but he didn't know how difficult it would be, just as Floyd forced 152 but Floyd & his dad both said before the fight it was intentional & they actually wanted him all the way down to 150 or 147 even despite fighting Cotto at 154,& the situations are still different,I also don't agree that 10 lb next morning rehydration is remotely equal .)

So Floyd deserves credit for giving Canelo a boxing lesson inside the ring & in negotiations (Canelo was young dumb & full of cum sorta speak,he thought "even at a weakened state I'll still bully lil ww Floyd)
