No it's not. There is no franchise belt. Everyone in the WBA has an opportunity to beat fighters and compete for those belts. Nobody can compete for the Franchise designation it has to be bestowed on you by the WBC

Your point is he only wanted the belt while everyone else wanted great fights. So after Campbell (a great fight) was snatched from him. Then Lomachenko (a great fighter) vacated & accepted a made up designation. Teo & Commey were scheduled to fight. Name me the great fight he was supposed to make to win the belt in the ring. Just give me one name thats it
