And yes, fighting GGG for the 3rd time adds more to Canelo's legacy than beating kebab guy or Spedce.

I’m still keen to see a trilogy, GGG is obviously ageing and Canelo has looked the goods dominating opposition since their rematch.

Personally I had GGG winning both fights clearly in very competitive fights 8-4 both times iirc, they were great fights too watch and let’s not forget Canelo hasn’t had as hard a fight since.
I believe Ggg's team picked the judges and ref for the rematch as well as gloves.

Loeffler blocked Reynoso’s double dipping to promote No Boxing No Life gloves since they would’ve been the signature and prolific gloves that slapped GGG around. Loeffler was hating on that side Bidness cause Tom sucks at selling homes

            Any proof?

            Not trolling, serious question.

you’re a ret@rd , you’re cool with canelo fighting a bum next because he’s a mandatory but the bum ggg faced in his last fight should be criticized despite the fact that he was also a mandatory. Not to mention ggg fought Derveyenchenko in the fight before. Is he a low level opponent? Context matters ya dummy. And smith wasn’t the best at 168 and I don’t care what title he had. He deserved to lose to low level Ryder, which was why canelo picked him. Canelo didn’t utter his name till that fight happened. Smith loses to several guys at 168. He was another uk creation, which is why canelo loves feasting on their inferior fighters while avoiding the legit threats.

A lot of these comments by managers and promoters are just to set up a bargaining position.

Either this FANBOY doesn’t understand the difference from someone just being a “Madatory challenger” to a belt and a fight being “Mandated” by the belt organization. Or they just ignore the fact so their narrative can fit their agenda. I think it’s most likely the latter. For example, Szeremeta was the mandatory challenger to Golovkins IBF belt. But the fight was never mandated by the IBF. Meaning Golovkin coulda fought a better opponent before fighting his mandatory. But he didn’t and “chose” to fight Szeremeta.

In Alvarez’s case the WBC made it clear that whoever fights for the vacant SMW WBC belt, the winner will have to fight mandatory challenger Yildirim in their next fight. There’s a difference.

And lastly this fanboy says that he likes to avoid the top fighters but never points out who he thinks these “legit threats” are. Why? Because by not naming anyone he can diminish the win when Alvarez faces one of them and beats them. And he can just move on to the next one like a true Fanboy and continue with his agenda. We all know who this is no need to point it out.

The problem is the IBF is strict about ordering manditories. Financially it's better to get it out of the way now than have it interfere with the negotiations for a future fight. Fighters have been "getting their manditory out of the way" for as long as I've been watching boxing. I don't see the problem with this. Either fight him now or fight him later. if he wants to keep his IBF belt he has to fight him at some point. Only a fanboy of a rival fighter would pretend not to understand this.

Canelo is his own man now. No promoter, network, or app is going to dictate anything to him.
If DAZN and BBB side want that third ass whipping they do it on the Cash Cow’s terms.
DAZN paid half of BBB sides contract in worthless DAZN stock and then made him take less than that after Canelo left. Now they put his last fight on a Friday night the night before Canelo’s comeback fight. They won’t even give him his own fight week. Bumglovkin is thirsty for that last cash out.
