So you're jealous that he has built himself into a big draw (by fighting the best) who now makes big money?

There's a lot of haterism in you.

Maybe for some fans, but you know for a fact that if Smith gave Canelo a few scares, some people would still complain and make threads like:

      "Callum exposed Canelo"

"Canelo couldn't dominate or stop an overmatched Euro bum"

Maybe even go as far as saying "Callum was robbed." (Even if he barely won 3-4 rounds)

When you're on top like Canelo, you just can't satisfy everyone because some fans don't want to be satisfied and would rather just hate or find reasons to not give any credit.

No more of these domestic level, masquerading as world level, UK fighters coming over here stealing American dollars and jobs from American fighters.

Keep telling yourself that. But that's a lie. He was handed his status as a superstar, he didn't earn it. When he fought Austin Trout, all 50,000 fans there were screaming for Canelo even though he'd fought nothing but bums at that point and Trout was coming off of the bigger victor over Cotto. Fans screaming who influenced the judges scorecards in that Trout fight all to Trout's disadvantage.

It's the powerful taking advantage of the power less and it's a disgrace.

So you're mad because he's popular and able to attract 50,000 screaming fans?

No. Because it influences the outcomes of the fight (like the judges always scoring punches for him that don't land cuz of the fans). It also allows him to bully his opponents in the negotiations like making them agree to short fight camps, allowing him to take PEDs, letting Canelo pick the location, the gloves, everything.

If those 50,000 fans had been Trout fans instead, Trout would have won that fight and we wouldn't be having this discussion today.
