I can't believe all the Hate being thrown at one of the few guys that's actually challenging himself and putting on fights against decent competition on a regular basis. We all know Canelo has the Fan base which brings in the $$$, that's why everyone is hoping to fight him cause he makes $$$.

I agree that he hasn't fought the best guy every fight but he's definitely fought the most number of quality opponents in the last 5 years. The man wants to unify 168 let him try. In order to unify 168 he needs to fight Yildrim or he'll be stripped of the WBC tittle. Yildrim was a mandatory to Benavidez before he lost the title on the scales, so he remains the mandatory even if he went down to #2 in rankings and Benavidez went to #1. We all know the outcome of this fight which is why Canelo is doing it early in the year a date he normally doesn't fight on, a non mexican holiday event. After that he'll go for the other 2 belt holders in the division. Canelo wanted to unify the 160lb division after he beat GGG but Oscar forgot to file the paperwork with the IBF which stripped him( that was the beginning of the end in the Canelo Golden boy relationship). If I was someone looking for a fight against Canelo, I'd challenge the belt holder not fighting him on Cinco de Mayo. If Charlo/Benavidez want Canelo go after Plant. That's all in house and should be fairly easy to make. If Andrade/GGG want Canelo go after BJS, also in house fight that should be fairly easy to make. If Canelo doesn't fight the guys with the titles after stating he wants to unify then we can call it a duck. Canelo up to now has fought the guys people said he would duck, he's fought them and mostly beat them. Canelo is THE MAN other fighters need him to make the $$$, the only way to for sure get the Canelo fight is to have a title at 168.if you we ant Canelo get something he wants which is a belt at 168 that simple.
