I think everything that Lopez said is fair. I wasn't a fan of how he was talking shat prior to the fight, but he retroactively justified all that with his performance. I had Loma as the clear P4P no. 1 prior to the fight, but I think his poor strategy in the fight and his unfounded bribery accusations after have pretty badly diminished his stock inside and outside the ring respectively.

Normally when a fighter claims the judges were bribed in a fight the majority of viewers believe he lost, he gets dragged through the mud. Somehow, the normal mud draggers are ignoring Lomas bribery claims.

He lied about taking a purse cut for Lopez....he IMMEDIATELY went to the injured "arm" excuse....and now he's spatting off about briberies and robberies.....get him the F OUTTA here.....Haney outboxes him to death and the Gervonta Davis fight would be similar to the Lopez fight because he would be scared of davis's power early on. I'm convinced Gervonta has a slight power advantage over teofimo....so that Loma/Davis fight may turn out even worse for Loma.

Lopez won the fight 7-5 because he won the 12th round

Lopez won the early rounds with lomas inactivity trying to get lopez to punch himself out .

Loma won all the middle rounds and half the late rounds .

Lopez acting like he won 8 rounds or more which didnt happen .

I think Lopez won the fight. But all the stalling and all the talk about KO’ing Loma but didn’t happen shows what Lopez is too. López has options now, i agree. But to me if you take the titles from the champ you give them a rematch. It’s a gentleman’s sport so why not. Should be easy work and easy money by the way he talks

Loma was stalling but Lopez also didn't want to fully commit cause he doesn't like being hit either. All he did was body shots the rest where glove and arm punches or him punching air. All that talk from him and his father that Loma wouldn't last 3 rounds and what Pedraza did to his face, Loma face was the cleanest its been after a fight while Lopez eye started to swell after round 2. Of course Lopez doesn't want the rematch and his biggest pay day.

I used to be a big Loma fan but after losing to Lopez and taking it like a man, he's beginning to sound and act like Wilder. I hope he recovers from it mentally and doesn't end up like Wilder coz it's still fun watching him fight.
