Mayweather and GGG beat him. So re-watch those fights.

Movement, getting off punches fast 'I would say a ambush type of style, with a good jab'.

If Amir Khan had elite level durability, he would of beaten Alvarez.

This version of Canelo looks pretty unstoppable, doesn't he? He is very hard to hit, has a great chin if one can catch him, and is a superior counterpuncher. Still, I think GGG had the formula to beat him (even though he hasn't). It'll take someone who can get keep Canelo on his back foot; back him up and not let him be the bully. Ergo, it'll take someone with the power to hurt him/keep him honest and a great chin. I don't see him getting out-boxed in a technical sense anytime soon. Who is that person? I don't know...Beterbiev?

someone not coming off a loss (smith). someone not an old past prime grandpa (cotto, kovalev, mosley, etc..). someone not completely mediocre (chavez jr, fielding, angulo, khan, etc. Etc.)

GGG beat canelo twice, lara beat canelo, trout arguably beat canelo, floyd pwned him

fair judges and to NOT be strategically matched. Canelo is a B+ fighter who has been strategically matched.
Lost to Mayweather and Golovkin. Was given a gift and even in one of the Mayweather judge's card he was supposedly a draw, LOL!!!!

Speed, a strong jab, (I mean STONG), and two honest judges.

It's doable, as Golovkin arguably did it once (maybe twice) in recent times.
You'd imagine he'll stick around 168 now, and I can't see any names there that would trouble him.

It's a big ask to beat him, as he's an elite fighter who is improving fight by fight.

High ring IQ, can adjust in-fight, good power, good speed, good body work. His defence is on point now too, if you do manage to catch him, he is good at rolling the punches and has a good chin.

He's a complete fighter and a tough nut to crack.
