Depends, if you are using Callum Smith as a yardstick then you are wrong, he was ****e, just look at his boxrec and you'll notice that you don't know anybody on his record except for Euro fighters.

British boxers who mix it up at proper world level, either sink, or swim onto becoming world level. Any British fighter who becomes "world champion" (from the 35 "world" titles there are out there), is not a true world champion until they fight top 5 fighters. That is valid for all.

Eddie Hearn tried to bypass the world scene by bringing the "world" to the UK - which in effect for faux titles and challengers from various european countries and rest of the world but America and Mexico. So he created a bit of a scene over there and all of a sudden you had "world champions" at home like Ricky Burns, Anthony Crolla, and a list of others, and they were making some decent money over there (similar to what the Germans were doing in the 2000s and early 2010s).

The difference between elite and world level can be huge at times....... especially when looking at p4p number ones - Mayweather, Canelo are the prime examples.

Smith was world level, Canelo is elite...... and the fight went exactly how I predicted it would.

Not denying Smith can whack...... I just do not think Canelo will be caught clean, and his head-movement is honestly A+ when fighting taller opponents.

I can see Smith backtracking the whole fight and throwing out range-finders and Canelo walking him down and utilising the feet, body and head movement, and getting his shots off.

Smith will land lots on Canelo's gloves..... mark my words.

How quickly you forget.

Britain is a small country, when I can get on a train at 9pm in Aberdeen and wake up at 7am in London.......

England is overcrowded and overpopulated...... look at it on google maps...... not a lot of green there and not enough houses for 55 million people...... most of it is getting flooded nearly every year now.

Scotland is nearly the same size and has 4.5 million people....... everything is better up here, the water and air is clean just for a start

Scots do have the lowest IQ's in Britain and in Europe too i believe. More problems with drink and drugs. Lowest life expectancy in the UK. Stop trying to fool people. Scotland's cities are ****holes.

Nobody wants to live there that's why there's only 4.5 mil people. More to do with the people than the land.

With the possible exception of Adam Booth i don't rate many British trainers. British boxers suffer at the highest level because of that.
