Yes, it's time to move berlanga level of competition up considerably.

So Berlanga fights on level like Makhmudov at heavyweight, for example, fighting nobodies and knocking them out.

Headlining a HUGE event on ESPN @ MSG, for the Puerto Rican Day Parade Weekend! That's good money! Probably more than he made fighting Rosado! Maybe Rosado might be the better choice? Many felt he beat Jacobs anyway!

Jacobs done all that. Jacobs is worth a minimum of $2mil per fight. Top Rank will not pay that for Berlanga. Jacobs has a good chance of KO’ng him. That’s more like doing a favor to Jacobs while ruining a younger “star” if that’s the intended plan.

Maybe you haven't seen Jacobs lately? I think Berlanga beats the brakes off him! I think Arum would cough up $2 Million, b/c he knows the value of fighting in NYC, on that weekend! Danny Jacobs knows that too! I don't see what could be better for Jacobs? Jacobs should sign with Top Rank! Bob will make that fight HUGE in 2021!

However, like I said, Rosado would work just as well, or maybe Steve Nelson? Nelson is Top 10 WBO, 17-0 w/ 14 KOs, 32 years old, trained by BoMac (Crawford's trainer), so that's a step up too!

Jacobs is a mover if need be, and fast, and has lots of power. Dangerous if he tries to trade on the inside. Berlanga looks too bloated for 168 imo. I think he’s fade against Jacobs by the 7th, and that’s only because he has youth on his side, but Berlanga telegraphs too easy for elites and shoots wide.

Rosado is more affordable. You can’t judge Jacobs and Rosado during Covid. Those two guys would beat everyone Berlanga has fought too.

Now way. This kid would ko Jacobs. Or didn't you see Jacobs' last fight. He look horrible. Berlanga can box and has great power. The kid is like a young mike tyson who can box. He should be ranked in the top 10 very soon.

All these first round KOs and they still haven't stepped his competition up? Looks like he's taking the Tyrone Brunson route. Only time will tell if he's worth the hype.
Explain to us then how Haney and Stevenson have difficulty knocking anyone out in their beginner make a name for myself fights.
