Stevenson on the other hand has more of a case of somewhat better opposition. Either way neither are knocking out opponents they should be knocking out irrespective of their lack of power. Berlanga is creating highlight reels and excitement. Stevenson and Haney I’ve literally fallen asleep during each of their fights. Talented? Yes...boring as hell and should be knocking out opponents early in their careers? Yup...once they step up competition for real none of the top contenders have anything to fear with what is coming at them. Each will be walked down mercifully.
Sounds like the basis you put is on entertainment value. They might be boring, but they've proven much more than Berlanga. Never said they've fought great contenders, but those 2 have fought much higher ranked opp than Berlanga. All that you said about Haney and Stevenson can be said about Berlanga. When he steps up and his power doesn't carry him, then what? Nobody knows how good he is skill-wise bc he hasn't fought anybody close to a contender. There's nothing impressive about KOing hopeless club fighters in the first round. When he gets rid of a credible opponent with some type of name value in the first round, then there might be smoke.
