Fury getting to Wilder was genius, he had built up his 'hardest punch ever' rep but was there to be exposed - he makes mistakes kids are told off for. Yet he still came within a whisker of sparking Fury clean out. But he didn't, and the second fight said it all. I don't say that to put Fury down but to add some perspective.

For someone built up to be a HW Pernell Whitaker, Fury gets tagged in basically every fight.

Joshua has flaws, but can punch and can box. He's also shown he's willing to go in the trenches.

I predict Fury builds a healthy lead and makes Joshua miss, more similar to his Wlad performance than Wilder... But unlike Wlad, Joshua will then drag Fury into a war.

I don't really see what's not to love about this situation - and all for the undisputed HW championship!
Joshua will be belowing out his arse by the 6th round.. Fury schools this kid easy

There's no shame in losing to Fury, he's one of the greatest of all time.
I can see a toss up fight.

If AJ can land cleanly early in the fight it’s light out for Fury in the mid to late rounds, if he can’t Fury by UD.

Which of Fury's performances make you think this?

Neither Joshua's or Fury's stamina is great.

But right now Fury has all the momentum, there is a reason why he wants this fight NOW.

Fury was fatigued vs Kiltschko and Wilder in both fights, none of those fights where high intensity.

Joshua vs Kiltschko was a high intensity fight, where Joshua had to push through lactic conditions.

Note: I would say Fury's stamina is a tad better, but not by much.

As of now, I'd put my money on Fury with confidence.

However, in 1974 I was also sure that George Foreman would knock out Muhammad Ali with ease.

              !
Fury in his own words was 50% for the first Wilder fight and like his dad said should never have taken that fight so soon whilst still in the recovery stage of his mental problems.

The fact he drew and got back up from that devastating punch in the final round suggests he has character in abundance. It was far more impressive for me than the way Joshua came back against Klitschko

Fury getting up in the 12th from a devastating straight and left hook as he fell is one of the greatest moments in boxing in my opinion.

100% .Best ever for me in all of sport. I use to be a big football fan and still like the sport but I dont think football can ever compete with that.

Well, Fury’s only two notable wins were an absolute stinker against Klitschko, who clearly was on some kind of mental breakdown and hardly threw a punch (neither did Fury), and it took two attempts to beat Wilder who is absolute dogshít and was outboxed by almost everyone before KO’ing them - and Fury was on his back twice too. Other than that who has Fury beaten who is worthwhile mentioning? Nobody. He’s talented but struggles against bums the rest of the time. He’s no ATG.

And Pulev is probably a better win than any of Wilders in over 40 fights, you could argue for Ortiz but that was life and death - Ortiz had Wilder out on his feet.

AJ v Fury I see being boring for 6-7 rounds with Fury a couple in front, then it gets tasty and Fury gets wiped out with combinations.
