Pacquiao hasn’t been dominant recently. He’s not the best boxer in the world.

The best boxer in the world outclasses him.

I have the same opinion of Canelo, many don’t.
He just whooped on Keef Thurman as an old man underdog. and that fight was a WAR. thats dominance.

        That’s not dominance.

Thurman was injured previously and had just come an awful fight.

That was also a pretty close fight according to the cards. (I thought Pacquiao won wide.)

Pacquiao also lost recently to Jeff Horn. He also lost to Mayweather and before that had multiple losses that led to that fight even being able to happen.

but Pac is currently the top dog. both Spence and Bud want him.. not just because he's a name but a beltholder and a credible champ too. Thurman was in great shape and elite form so full credit is deserved.

He’s won belts in 3 or 4 divisions and won the tournament. I have him top 4 with Crawfor, canelo and Usyk .

Pacquiao is number one and you have a heavyweight there. I'm putting you on ignore.

                  This.

Did you mean Mall at 160 or Mell at 154? To me Mall is the better guy, but you mentioned 154 specifically.

Manny at #1 isn't a sensible choice. I can see Manny on the list. I could even see an argument that he could be somewhere in the middle range, but hell nah he's not #1 anymore. He barely got by Keef & Keef has been phoning it in if you ask me. That said I get it Manny wasn't supposed to win so him winning at all is pretty fooking good, but this is P4P discussion to. So you need to do better than just eek out a win over a washed guy who's too happy with his bank account these days.

That said whatever its a P4P sci fi fantasy list so if you got Logan Paul & KSI on it its ultimately your subjective list so fair play to you.

No inoue at all is extremely questionable he's better than most if not all the people on that list (all is a heavy debate). His resume is outstanding, he's heavily dominant as well. Once that's addressed you can look back, but Pac.... is not #1 by any stretch imo.
