Context matters in everything and when someone latches on to something out of context, u can tell they are trying so hard to cover their own lies. Wilder is not the brightest guy and certainly isn’t the best in articulating his words. All he is saying here is that he gave up what would have been way more money by choosing to fight Fury and therefore Fury should do the honorable thing by granting the 3rd fight. For AJ and Hearn to now be trying so hard to use that slip up is so disingenuous.

In all the AJ -Wilder dealings, they both share some blame but it was obvious most of the roadblock came from AJ side with the perception of Wilder been too dangerous.
Did the senior Hearn not say AJ fight with Wilder should not happen, Facts he did, it was confirmed. Did an offer of 50 million to AJ not get made after AJ denied it only for it to get confirmed, Facts it was made. Did Hearn not send flat fee offer to a guy who u know will never accept that offer and then try to get options on his fight even when u know he’s signed to Haymon, Facts.

Wilder on his end was a bit delusional about his worth and could have signed the Dazn deal but his pride and equal footing perception with AJ got in his head. Certainly he could have played ball at other times but he was gonna fight Fury to spite Hearn and also boost his PPV profile. Both have blame to go around but for AJ to now be acting sacrilegious and all holier than thou like he was always open to that fight is truly disgusting. I like AJ a lot but this excuse is just a ducking move. Fight Fury, finish that chapter and then go on to fight Wilder. Those are the only two big names or profiles really.

They could’ve fought Wilder but they chose Parker instead. Then they ran from Showtime to DAZN faster than Usain Bolt ran in the 100 meter finals.

go back and look..all the times hearn came out and said "flat fee" this or made excuses...even the time finkel and company came up with the 50 mil for AJ that AJ said he wanted and then hearn said he wasnt sure it was real then confirmed it was and AJ said "i wont sell my soul for 50 mil"...take a look back when lennox, fury, froch and khan all said AJ was the one avoiding the wilder fight...its all there and happened

it got so bad with hearn that john skipper had to sit down with wilder, without hearn, to try to get a deal done...because hearn had been jerking wilders team around for awhile

wilder making a comment is being taken out of context and spun....thats what hearn does...AJ trying to save face because he ducked a guy that fury beat up and stopped...i dont even care to bash AJ but that guy knocked by a guy much less than fury and then spent the rematch running around a large ring he requested to fun from a 6ft tub of lard with t rex arms...
Youre a funny guy. Taken out of context? I saw the interview. I saw it printed as well.

wow wilder fans still pretending wilder didnt duck joshua and that joshua ducked wilder wtf lol. its the same crazed mentality the trump voter fraud tards have. its mind bobbling!

they have the worst arguments too like it was a flat offer!!! a flat offer of 100 million is bad why? it wasnt a ppv fight first of all so where is the upside? and wilder didnt make anywhere near that for his next 3 fights which proves it was a great offer but i guess you just have to ignore all that dont you?

or how about joshua turned down 50 million! cept he signed with dazn for hundreds of millions! literally the opposite of what wilder did. joshua signed to fight dazn for more money and then tried to fight wilder with a better offer! wilder took less money not to fight joshua! remember ******** on himself! what happened to that motto?

or how about when wilder was making 1 million a fight and joshua offered him 12 million...thats a lowball!!!!! why would anyone take these people serously they are just fanboys

curt is the ultimate fanboy of certain fighters. he will try to twist anything to suit his agenda even if it makes no sense at all. he purposefully conflates timelines, ignores important details, contradicts himself nonstop, whatever it takes to defend their honor!

wilder wasnt offered fair market value! 100 million isnt fair market value? such trolling. wilder was a ppv flop and his high was what 15 million? so his market value is more than 100 million how? they actually tried to overpay wilder so he would leave pbc and sign with dazn. thats right overpay!

also back to the 50 million dollar offer to joshua, you do realize right after that offer was made joshua signed a huge deal with dazn right? meaning he parlayed that offer into more money! guess what wilder did with joshuas 100 million offer? he parlayed it into less money! what a dupe!

and joshua didnt just parlay it into more money for himself so he could run away, but he turned around and tried to give wilder more money than he could ever imagine! and wilder the dupe still turned it down! mind bobbling!
