175 just went Ice Cold after Beterbiev vs Gvozdyk it seems neither are very active either Beterbiev and Bivol haven't fought in a year! I know it is a Pancemic but where is the HYPE for Beterbiev vs Bivol? Do fans even want to see that fight? Hopefully things pick back up for that DivisionComment

Promoter??? But Bob said he loves promoting Mexican fighters as opposed to black fighters. I don't know if it's the promoter in this case. Zurdo's career trajectory reminds me a lot of Andrade and Gary Russell Jr.Comment

First of all, I respect anyone willing to bet on himself. The upside to this is that even if it does not turn into a monster company, he will reap the benefits directly for whatever success there is. I hope his production company takes off.
Secondly, I kind of feel in a years time we will see if it was Top Rank or him. The downside to betting on yourself is you are out of people to point fingers at if it fails.Comment

Just imagine the fights we would get to see if even half of the top 10 in each division were promoting themselves?Comment

I am grinning just imagining it. Now I am cheering for Ramirez and Alvarez to make just truckloads of money and watch the dominoes fall.Comment

It would definitely be great to see, and I'm not saying every fighter could do it but the biggest names don't need promoters. Guys like Canelo, and Gilberto Ramirez to a lesser extent, are popular enough to promote themselves and deal with networks directly.Comment

I was interested until I saw the 25 bucks to watch it. Honestly work a deal somehow get shown somewhere somehow if you want to be a name forget the money and this is money driven. I dont dislike the guy I would like to see him roll off 2-3 fights a year with good competition but that is true of how I feel of most fighters who have some talent. It is this push for a $ 25 fee. I dont see that going anywhere in helping himself. His name will not show any brighter like that. Make the noise in the ring and be accessable as a fighter that means stay away from fee's for fights. Everybody wants to take from boxing anymore. he is going to go off the radar playing his hand like this for the dollars. Hope he proves me wrong. See you on YouTube man.
