29 years old with a 40-0 record means you should be a major star, especially being from Mexico. His biggest wins are Jesse Hart and an aging King Arthur. He never tried to fight the big guns at 168 and doesn't seem anxious to fight them at light heavy. I'd be shocked if he ever gets in a ring with Bivol or Beterbiev. Boxing has too many champions holding belts hostage. It's sad.
