Danny has wins over Nate Campbell, Kendall Holt, Amir Khan, Lucas Matthysse, Erik Morales (twice), Zab Judah, Paulie Malinaggi, Robert Guerrero, Brandon Rios, and Lamont Peterson.

He was WBC, WBA (Super), Ring, and lineal champion at 140.
He was WBC champion at 147.

He has lost three decisions in his career to Keith Thurman, Shawn Porter, and Errol Spence.

That resume is better than 99.99% of fighters in the world.

You know someones trolling when they say 2 fighters have fought the same level of competition yet say "& indongo beat an Undefeated champion" & don't even say who this top caliber opponent is.

To make this argument even more wrong in every way,DSG has always been a top fighter throughout his career & is among the few marquee names in boxing, while Indongo was the typical run of the mill paper champ african fighters who made a name by fighting other no hopers nobody heard of,& who would have never been a star even if Bud hadn't beat him,he would've got destroyed by all the current fighters in the division.

Garcia has more crappy wins but Indongo has the same kind of crappy wins.

Matthyssee and Ricky Burns are about the same thing.

Remember when I said Danny Garcia has a promoter so he has a list of wins over old fat guys who used to be somebodies?

          See this post.

garcias resume at 140 is certainly better than indongos but indongos 140 resume is much better than garcias 147 resume which is where he fights now but people keep pretending beating 147 garcia is the same as beating 140 garcia...it is not. if beating garcia is so magical then certainly beating undefeated gamboa at 135 for crawford has to be even better? oh wait garcia hasnt been knocked out so that proves hes great too!

Lamont Peterson was a reigning champ. Amir Khan was a unification fight for the lineal title. Matthysse was prime and Danny ruined him.

Beating washed up champions is better than beating guys who were never good to begin with.

Calzaghe didn't beat the best version of RJJ by a long shot but it was still one of Joe's best wins, and one any boxer would want on their resume.

And Danny didn't beat Thurman or Porter, but he showed his quality in those fights as well. Those were razor thin fights.

He's not Floyd Mayweather or Shane Mosley but he's had a great career and there's no reason to be down on him.

                    Bruh hindsight is 20-20.

Mathysse was this undistructable and undefeated beast going into the Danny fight, Ricky Burns was NEVER regarded as highly as Mathysse was when Danny faced him.

I agree that Indongo was also considered a beast going into the Crawford fight and he had unified two belts. Crawford destroyed Indongo's career just like how Danny destroyed Mathysse's career, but Ricky Burns was NOT as highly regarded as Mathysse.

Agreed. I honestly don't get the hate on Danny.

He is in a ridiculously stacked division so its hard to get victories in those fights.

In the era of the four Kings those guys fought each other three times each but Danny has only gotten to fight his compatriots once each.

If it was like that era they would have fought three times already and I'm sure Danny would have bagged some two or three victories in those hypothetical six fights he would have had with Porter and Thurman.
