I mean getting punched off an olympic super heavyweight silver medallist boxer repeatedly full force in an eye socket with a double fracture is nothing, Dubois must just be really soft, what a quitter! This, boxing isn't for everybody. A low pain threshold or sense of survival is the commonality that separates us from them. He's free to quit, like any job and he's free to try again, but he should take it into regard, that his popularity was about good matchmaking, not so much skill.

Dubois' problem aside from his eye going forward is going to be against bigger/taller fighters and if he can get past their jabs. Joshua, Fury etc can also jab him to death. Dubois wasn't getting out classed or anything, but Joyce clearly looked like the better fighter and Dubois couldn't deal with the jab at all. Nice veteran type of performance from Joyce. His power punches certainly come out slow, but he knows how to dictate distance, has a nice jab, rock solid chin and very good conditioning. He won't be an easy out for anyone.

Imagine if Joyce had landed right hands!!! Shows you how big these guys are and how tough Dubois is, the pain must have been unbearable but he still continued getting touched on the eye. No way he goes another 9 minutes of that from JJ.
