Imagine if Joyce had landed right hands!!! Shows you how big these guys are and how tough Dubois is, the pain must have been unbearable but he still continued getting touched on the eye. No way he goes another 9 minutes of that from JJ.

A big right hand from Joyce woulda knocked the eyeball to the inside of his skull.

Dubois' problem aside from his eye going forward is going to be against bigger/taller fighters and if he can get past their jabs. Joshua, Fury etc can also jab him to death. Dubois wasn't getting out classed or anything, but Joyce clearly looked like the better fighter and Dubois couldn't deal with the jab at all. Nice veteran type of performance from Joyce. His power punches certainly come out slow, but he knows how to dictate distance, has a nice jab, rock solid chin and very good conditioning. He won't be an easy out for anyone.

I actually thought you cannot diagnose what had happened to DDD until he gets seen by a consultant/specialist. I hope they allow this to heal up without surgery. Because that’s the best cause of treatment. Unless it’s worse than what they are claiming.
